Wow, all I have to say is WOW! CMU has put out an amazing tool for teaching introductory programming. This is fantastic. I saw a demo of it at SIGCSE, and I was completely blown away. I want to start using it in a course next year. I was thinking it could be offered in CNM as an introduction to story telling and computer interaction as a precursor to Art 172. Additionally, this will allow us to possibly pull in or retain more students who are turned off by the current CS3/61A structure.
